They are watching! Put down the phone.

Prior to the birth of our son, I visited my brother and sister-in-law.  One of my nephews would bring me my phone when he would find it laying around somewhere.  Clearly, he saw my phone as something very important to me.

I now have my own son and am guilty of being on my phone when my attention should be focused on him.  I hate admitting that, but it’s the truth.  In addition, my son always wants to play with my phone.  I rarely allow him to play with the phone, but I have used it to pacify him during a grocery store visit or two.  Yet another fact I am not proud of.  Who could blame him?  He watches the adults in his life and they are all often staring at some device.

These experiences, and the fact that our son is growing up so fast, have prompted me to try something to help reduce the amount of time on my phone.  MOMENT is an app I am hoping will help me focus on living in the moment.  Here are some benefits of the app:

I have a feeling that this app will be an eye opener.  Join me by downloading the app today and live in the moment!  I’ll be posting tips and updates regarding my experience.  Be sure to follow us on Facebook so you don’t miss a thing!
