Weight Watcher Helping Gadgets

The new year is here and many are looking to get healthier and back to eating right.  Are you new to Weight Watchers?  Are you looking for ways to increase your weight loss? Here are a few gadgets that can help!

  1. FitBit Tracker: This is one of my favorite weight loss devices!  It tracks how many steps you take each day.  It can also track your sleep, calories, hours active and more.  One of my favorite parts about it are the challenges that you can do.  You join others with a Fitbit to compete for the most steps in a day or other time period.

  2. Spiral Slicer:  The Healthy Spiralizer Cookbook covers which fruits and veggies work well with a spiral slicer and which don’t.  Zucchini seems to be a weight watcher follower’s favorite replacement for pasta.

  3. Meal Planning/Portion Control Lunch Boxes:  One of the basics of Weight Watchers is controlling portions.  You can still have the items you love, just in moderation.  Also, planning your meals ahead of time is key!  These Meal Prep Containers help you to do both.

  4. Food Scale:  A good food scale like the Best Kitchen Food Scale from Oliver & Kline can be a huge help in the kitchen.  It helps keep you on track when determining the Weight Watchers Smart Points for foods.  I love using it to measure out deli meat.

  5. FitBit Aria Scale:  A good bathroom scale is key to keeping your weight in check, but this scale takes it to another level.  The FitBit Aria scale syncs automatically and wirelessly through your home Wi-Fi network.  This device tracks weight, lean mass, body fat percentage, and body mass index.

Good luck on your journey to a healthier you!
